My client Rebecca was having difficulty taking action and implementing her tools. 

She was waking up late, telling herself she didn’t have time, and running out the door to work. 

During one of our weekly group calls, I asked her what the resistance was really about. She pinpointed a specific moment when her mother told her she shouldn’t bother starting something new because she would never finish it. 

We repositioned her belief from resistance to feeling enlightened in under 15 minutes. 

BOOM!!!

The next morning, she calmed her fear of being late to enjoy a cup of morning tea while journaling & was EVEN early to work!

On her way to her session, she couldn’t come up with anything to process through.

Only two months before, she would head to therapy with things to vent about and need support to process through.
